Each Spring, hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts descend upon the Rocket City to attend the Great Chicken Rally. Eat, ride, dance, sleep, repeat! Three nights camping, BBQ Thursday, pancakes each morning, smoked chicken, all you can eat, all week, all day, sides at mealtimes. Free coffee, tea, lemonade, popcorn, and peanuts. Who could ask for more?
Attendees get a rally pin, rally gift, chicken key chain (first 600), 100's of Door prizes, standard rally awards, vendors, seminars, all for a $40 rally fee, children 6 to 12, $20, under 6 free. Vintage BMW Bike Show
A self guided Vintage bike tour will be held Saturday morning May 24th, bike judging will be held same day 12.00 to 3.00 pm, awards will be presented Saturday night. Registration and Camping information
RV's are $50 extra for sites with water & electric. Only 6 such sites are available and must be pre-reserved and pre-paid for by May 15th; be parked before noon Thursday; and stationary until Sunday morning. NOTE: All 6 RV slots have already been taken. This does not include small pop-up campers that are towed with your motorcycle. This includes motorized RV's, "toy haulers" or large campers towed by cars or trucks. Please e-mail for clarification if you are unsure. Additional RV sites are available in the side camp area at no extra cost if you are self contained. Vendors please call ahead to Connie Reaves.
